JOB DESCRIPTION:
Manage all aspects of HR, including recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, and administration;
Advise the Board of Directors on the development and implementation of human resource strategies;
Establish and oversee corporate policies, procedures, and organizational culture;
Advise the Board of Directors on HR budgeting, cost optimization, and operational efficiency;
Collaborate with the Board of Directors on organizational planning and development.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Economics, or a related field;
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position;
Strong understanding of labor law, compensation and benefits (C&B), and management systems;
Good command of English (TOEIC ≥ 500 or equivalent);
Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills;
Enthusiastic, passionate about the job, and highly responsible;
Clear career orientation with a commitment to long-term development.
WORK LOCATION & SCHEDULE:
Office Location: J89 Building, B5 Street, Nam Rach Chiec Residential Area, Binh Trung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
