Site Manager: 03

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Develop construction plans that align with technical, quality, and project timeline requirements;

Direct and manage all on-site construction activities to achieve objectives assigned by the Project Director.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field;

Experience in construction management: minimum 5 years for Site Manager, minimum 2 years for Supervisor;

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and industry-specific software such as AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is an advantage (internal training will be provided if not proficient); familiarity with engineering calculation and simulation software is preferred

Able to use and apply MS Project for project management (training will be provided if necessary);

Strong coordination and workforce management skills;

WORK LOCATION & SCHEDULE:

Project sites across Vietnam (North, Central, South);

Working schedule: Monday to Saturday, or as required by each project timeline.
