JOB DESCRIPTION:

Instructed to perform the following tasks:

• Develop 3D BIM models from 2D drawings for MEPF systems.
• Execute assigned tasks and manage work progress to meet project schedules.
• Collaborate with project teams to implement BIM workflows and standards.
• Review and coordinate drawings/models to identify and resolve clashes.
• Create and maintain BIM libraries according to project requirements.
• Support design and coordination teams in project delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Leader or MEP Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field;

Experience in the design field: 1-3 years of experience;

BIM Engineer: No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD. Experience with Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM software is an advantage for BIM Engineer positions; training will be provided for candidates without prior BIM experience. Familiarity with engineering analysis and simulation software relevant to the discipline is preferred.

WORK LOCATION & SCHEDULE:

Office Location: J89 Building, B5 Street, Nam Rach Chiec Residential Area, Binh Trung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

Working schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

SALARY, BONUS & BENEFITS:

Salary: 12 to 15 million VND;

Bonuses: 13th-month salary, project bonus based on business performance;
