JOB DESCRIPTION:
Develop operational procedures for the Technical Department;
Be responsible for all engineering aspects of Design & Build (D&B) projects;
Coordinate with the PMU to prepare shop drawings and supervise construction quality;
Collaborate with other departments.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in M&E qualified engineer;
Experience in construction management: Minimum 8 years of professional experience;
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and industry-specific software such as AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is an advantage (internal training will be provided if not proficient); familiarity with engineering calculation and simulation software is preferred

WORK LOCATION & SCHEDULE:
Projects located in Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring provinces (Binh Duong, Long An, etc.);
Working schedule:
SALARY, BONUS & BENEFITS:
Salary ranges from VND 25 million to VND 30 million;
Bonuses: 13th-month salary, project bonus based on business performance;
