Job description:

Manage the progress and quality of the design records of the subject.

Building and developing subjects.

Design plan for the project.

Refer to internal meetings, meetings with customers

Coordinate and work with different departments in the company.

Summarize the results of the subject reports on the superior, quarter and year.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors

Request:

Graduate. Specialized: Thermal engineering engineer - air conditioning, energy mechanics.

Experience from 7 years or more: Participate in direct participation in projects on air -conditioning and ventilation design.

Practising Certificate: Ventilation and heat exit. (If not, the company will support the Practising Certificate exam).

Have good communication skills. English communication is the advantage.

Using design software, progress management such as Trace, Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project, ...

Understanding the current standards and standards, Vietnam and abroad.

Group management skills, work coordination, coordination of subjects.

Ability to manage, take responsibility to ensure the progress and quality of the project, capable of working independently and teamwork.

Assess the staff capacity in the subject they manage.

Working time:

From Monday to Friday:      Morning: 8.00-12.00

                                            Afternoon: 13.30-17.30

Saturday:                            Morning: 8.00-12.00

                                           Afternoon: rest

Working location: First Green Engineering Building J89, B5 Street, Nam Rach Chiec Urban Area, An Phu, TP. Thu Duc, TP. HCM.
