On March 18, 2022, First Green Engineering JSC held a ceremony to conclude the cooperation agreement with Cao Thang Technical College. Attending the ceremony were Mr. Le Ha Thai Phong, General Director, and representatives of functional departments of First Green Engineering JSC. On the side of Cao Thang Technical College, there were the head of thermal engineering Dr. Le Quang Huy, together with leaders of units under the College.
Representatives of leaders of the two units, Mr. Le Ha Thai Phong, General Director of the Company and Dr. Le Quang Huy, the head of thermal engineering of Cao Thang Technical College, signed a cooperation agreement.
In order to promote the functions and duties of the two units, contributing to improving the efficiency of training and developing high-quality human resources for socio-economic development, FirstGreen Engineering JSC. and Cao Thang Technical College discussed and reached an agreement on cooperation in training, internship, and human resource recruitment.
At the signing ceremony of cooperation agreement, representatives of leaders of the two units, Mr. Le Ha Thai Phong, General Director of the Company and Dr. Le Quang Huy, the head of thermal engineering of Cao Thang Technical College, signed an agreement on orientation of cooperation contents between the two sides. Specifically, the Company and the University will coordinate to implement topics, projects, training, internships, and recruitment. In addition, the two units will jointly organize academic seminars, seminars and conferences to share experiences, exchange knowledge, and improve capacity for staff. In particular, the Company will arrange human resources, time and facilities to receive students of the University to practice and support the implementation of research projects in the fields of Heat and Refrigeration Engineering, besides, prioritizing recruiting students who are trained by the University and have internships at the company.
