After finishing the construction process, there will be the Testing & Commissioning (T&C) step, there is the process of surveying, measuring, testing, calibrating and operating the final electromechanical system to ensure the system works properly specifications and stable before handing over to the investor. In general, T&C experts will measure and calibrate the electromechanical system as required to optimize performance corresponding to the operating environment of the building and equipment. The calibration will normally be based on the design values and parameters required by the design mechanical engineer for the project, and then the T&C contractor will submit a summary report of the test parameters and calibrating with the notes about the unsatisfactory values that occurred in the T&C process. In many cases engineering managers will use T&C agencies to identify problems that exist in the system or common problems that exist.
